A galette is a simple, free form pie that only requires a crust and filling! In this class, master the art of the pie crust and learn a delicious apple filling recipe. Everyone will take home their own ready-to-bake galette creation.
Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you. Participants will not be eating during this class, and will be taking their galette with them to bake at home. Please bring a large container to transport your galette. If you would like to request that a gluten free option be made available for this class, please fill out our contact form. Please note the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. At this time, a vegan option is unavailable for this class.
