Visualising large digital presences with David Hobbs

Details
For our September meetup, we're delighted to welcome David Hobbs to talk about visualising large digital presences.
Many digital presences are complex, for instance with an organisation's digital presence spanning multiple domains and systems. This can make understanding the big picture very difficult.
Teams often resort to spreadsheets which are sometimes useful to show sheer scale or to look at specific pieces of content. But spreadsheets do not help much with the big picture.
David will look at methods of seeing the forest AND the trees.
David Hobbs helps organizations such as the World Bank, Novartis, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Central Bank of Belize, the Library of Congress, and Mideast Broadcasting Corporation make significant changes across their constellation of websites. He specialises on very early digital strategy, before the scope of projects has been determined or implementation vendors have been selected. He also does transformation and migration planning for clients, which led to the development of his SaaS product, Content Chimera. He authored Website Migration Handbook v2 and Website Product Management.
