Power BI Implementation Case Study: ACT Government

Details
The implementation of Power BI at a Local Government level has its own unique challenges to be faced. In the case of ACT Government, these challenges included Power BI’s service design, chargeback cost model, multi-department variations in a hybrid model, and governance components. Each of these deliverables were designed to suit the ACT Government context, following a Proof-of-Concept trial of the Power BI Service and extensive engagement with the Whole of Government user base. This session will describe the challenges and achievements of establishing Power BI as a Government service, and all the tips and tricks discovered along this journey.
