Dominion takes a broad view as a comprehensive account of the numerous ways animals are used and abused in Australia. By exploring six primary facets of our interaction with animals - Companion Animals, Wildlife, Scientific Research, Entertainment, Clothing and Food - the film questions the morality and validity of our dominion over the animal kingdom.
Chris Delforce, Director of Farm Transparency Project and Writer/Director of Dominion, will also join us for a Q & A session, via zoom, after the film.
And we’re delighted to announce Tara Ward will be there to introduce the film and talk with attendees about her work with ADO and also Animal Liberation ACT.
AND if you need that Ice cream fix, we got
you covered with the glorious Future Swirl serving up oat milk ice cream treats☺️.
Book now and join like minded people to watch and engage together.

50% tix sales will be donated to Farm Transparency Project. Keep in touch for updates on activities and vegan treats on the night!
For further information on the compelling documentary and organisation behind the work, see Farm Transparency Project here: https://www.farmtransparency.org
and Dominion Movement here: https://www.dominionmovement.com
Viewers please be advised: The subject matter and footage shown in this film are brutally graphic and confronting. These industry practices and accepted treatment of animals demonstrated in this film are shocking. By sharing the work of organisations like Farm Transparency Project who have dedicated their lives and risk their liberty to investigate these practices, we can all help to call these industries to account and call for change.
At the venue, we will have members and volunteers in attendance to engage in discussion throughout the event, (outside the cinema space) and if you find that you can’t watch the film through, that is ok and we will be there to listen and help you process what you’ve witnessed. We would encourage you to stay for the Q&A with the director afterwards though, and feel free to explore reactions together and in a safe and open space.
If you cannot attend but would like to donate to FTP go here: https://www.farmtransparency.org/donate
