After an amazing turn out last MeetUp I have had requests to schedule this group more regularly. So I am aiming for every other Wednesday. Usually this will be the first and third Wednesday BUT I will be in Ubud at the Spirit Fest at the start of April so I am scheduling one for next week. I really hope you can make it to come and sit and chat. It was just wonderful to have such a great gang of smiley, peaceful people to share this with last time.
Address and timings are the same as ever. Please note that the meditation starts at around 5:45PM. If you are early, I come from Seminyak so don't worry if I am not there until 5:30PM. If you are late, please come in and join us. We may be so deep in bliss we do not notice your arrival, but you are welcome nonetheless!

As usual, this will be a free and easy group meditation to share vibes and a cuppa with like minded, mindful, likeable people!
HOW IT WORKS:
This MeetUp starts at 5:30PM and the meditation will begin once everyone is seated and settled. If you are running late, don't worry, the door will be open so just come on in whenever you arrive. Please note that if we are not sitting in the garden we will be on the upstairs balcony so come up and find us.
Although this is not a meditation lesson, a monthly focus topic will be provided to help newer meditators.
Afterwards, tea will be served for those able to stay and chat. The group will finish at 6:30PM when my husband gets home from work! Anyone who wants to make a night of it... Samadi Yoga School host a Wednesday night movie and vegetarian buffet dinner for RP75,000 afterwards (they are 5 mins from my house and have a beautiful space.)

FYI... A few tips for Mindful Sitting
If sitting for 30 minutes seems scary, don't worry! You can always change position or get up and walk on the grass to stretch your legs.
As we will be outside, you may wish to bring a shawl or insect repellant.
A cushion or mat is always useful to make your sit more comfortable. Yoga mats will be available and chairs also if sitting on the floor is not comfortable for you.
Please turn off mobile-phones and other noisy things.
Relax. It's not rocket science. Remember all you are doing is having a sit down and then a nice cup of tea!
