Free Community Sound Bath
This Sunday, December 21st at 10:30am, we’re opening our hearts and creating space at Nucleus Gym in Mesa for a FEEE sound bath rooted in love, connection, and community.
This gathering isn’t about fixing or becoming —
it’s simply about being held.
We’ll begin by creating a safe, protected container and calling in loving support, then move into a gentle crystal sound bath with seven crystal sound bowls, allowing the vibrations to wash over you and meet you exactly where you are.
This is our way of pouring love into our community —
into those who are tired, curious, healing, open, or simply needing softness.
No expectations.
No pressure.
Just love, sound, and shared presence.
