What we’re about
This group would welcome all Readers of a variety of Book genres. Poetry and the lives of poets would be part of our interest. General discussion would make for an enjoyable meeting. I am a poet and lecture to a group at the University Côte d’Azur at Cannes la Bocca. We are also in our eighteenth year in Book in Bar. Aix en Provence, presenting The Poetry Corner each month.
My degree is in English and Philosophy. Post Grad. In Women's Studies and a Masters. In Modern English Literature. And, a semester at Harvard Summer School studying the poetry of Sylvia Plath and Anne Sexton. I am working on my fourth poetry collection. I am Irish and I speak English with moderate French .
