One day retreat - Introduction to the Yoga System
This retreat takes place at Yoga Limbs French Riviera in a green and spiritual property in Mougins.
It is a complete introduction to Yoga including:

Dynamic physical practice Ashtanga with Iyengar alignement techniques,

Meditation, chanting, pranayama
-
A lecture on the Philosophy of yoga, which give you the opportunity to understand what is truly Yoga. In the same time, you will discover MBEM Mindfulness Based Energy Management, a approach created for Super Achievers and used in the corporate world. OR a lecture on Ayurveda to understand the main principles, know your body constitution and learn to manage any imbalances thanks to the 6 tastes.
It is convenient for totally beginners, as well as people who wish to perfect their alignment regarding the sun salutations. We go through Mysore style self-practice to allow introspection and memorization of the sequence.
The day retreat includes:
