Weather you are a beginner or a seasoned meditation practitioner this group somatic mindfulness meditation group can deepen your connection with self through the practice of meditation. From the beginning of each class we reconnect self with the breath and the body through a minimally guided approach to meditation. Assuring you have the tools and knowledge to be successful in stilling the mind and body by understanding how we process information accept and let go of the things that hold us back from our full potential in life.
Please bring a meditation cushion and yoga mat if you have them. We will have a few chairs as well as the ability to try out a cushion while seated on the floor.
Classes are donation based and help to pay for the facility as well as future meditation practitioner supplies.
