What we’re about
Goal of the Group
To provide a safe, supportive, and affordable peer-support space for people who are struggling with their mental or emotional wellbeing and may not be able to access traditional therapy.
This group aims to help members feel heard, understood, and less alone, while encouraging personal growth, emotional awareness, and healthier coping habits through open conversation and shared experience.

👥 Who I’m Hoping to Meet
This group is for anyone and everyone who:
• Is struggling mentally or emotionally
• Can’t afford therapy or feels unsure about starting it
• Wants to improve their mental and physical wellbeing
• Feels lonely, overwhelmed, anxious, low, or stuck
• Is open to listening, sharing, and supporting others
You don’t need to have it “all figured out.” You just need to be willing to show up as you are.

💬 What We’ll Do at Events
Our events will be guided group support calls / meet-ups, similar to group sessions on platforms like BetterHelp — but free or very low cost.
At each session we may:
• Have open, respectful group discussions
• Share personal experiences in a judgement-free space
• Offer peer advice and encouragement (never pressure)
• Explore coping tools, mindset shifts, and self-care ideas
• Focus on growth, healing, and emotional wellbeing
This is not therapy and no one is expected to “fix” anyone — it’s about support, understanding, and community.
