Can’t Afford Therapy? is a peer-led community for anyone who wants connection, honest conversation, and support — without the cost or pressure of traditional therapy.

This group is for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, lonely, or just in need of a safe space to talk and be heard. We host relaxed, guided group conversations (mainly online) where you can check in, share if you want, or just listen.

This is not therapy — we’re not mental health professionals. Instead, it’s a supportive peer space focused on connection, mutual respect, and shared experience.

What to expect:
• Small, friendly group calls
• Gentle structure and clear boundaries
• Confidential, non-judgemental space
• No advice-giving unless invited
• Bring a notepad and pen if you want to jot down thoughts, reflections, or ideas during the session

What this group is not:
• Not therapy or clinical treatment
• Not crisis support
• Not a place to diagnose or “fix” anyone

For now, this group is free to join. If therapy feels out of reach but you still want support and connection, you’re very welcome here 💛
