Who should join the group: anyone looking to meet people with a similar interest in english language authors, writing, films, and other art forms, and would like to share your interests. Are you interested in trying creative writing - a novel, historical or science fiction, short stories, a biography, your memoir, journalism, poetry? Or, do you have writing ideas that you would like to explore and share? We would love to hear about them!

What we will do at each meetup: You will get to share your background and artistic interests and meet other participants who have an interest in the English language. We discuss writings in various forms, read out our poetic and prose writing effort contributions, practice writing to one of the writing prompts contributed by our participants, talk about english language literature, authors whom we admire, our writings, films, anything else in the art world that comes to mind, and get to know one another.

We also run a WhatsApp chat group for anyone who has attended at least one of our meetups and would like to join, and experimental writing group get-togethers (aka EWGT's) from time to time on a Sunday to practice writing to a random, eclectic writing prompts from EWGT participants.
