Zoom meet, including discussion on living among the non collapse-aware

For our second meeting, it might be good to have a theme for the second half or so. What do group members think about this? Any ideas for themes?

(e.g. becoming collapse aware / living among people who aren't collapse aware; climate change, whether in your area or across the world; wildlife and biodiversity; supply chain; work - or specific things like collapse and tech, collapse and pets ...Many more are possible. This stuff covers most areas of life, and if you have expertise in a relevant area, that will be great to hear about.)

Additionally, if there are any articles or videos anyone would like to suggest as topics for discussion, please mention those in comments.

In the first half, anyone who wasn't at the last meeting can introduce themselves and their interests and concerns around collapse, climate change, the state of the world and coping with it -, and those who've met before can check in and say where they're at with these things, if they like.

I made an error with time zone conversions last time, which means some international members didn't make it to the meeting. Hope to see you guys here this time!

Some things we'd like to do differently this time:

1. Get the time zone conversion right! (Posting screenshot. If anyone across the Atlantic thinks the info in it may be incorrect, please say!)
2. At the start of the meeting, have conversation as soon as people arrive - rather than waiting for most people to get there, as if it was a class or a work meeting.
3. Remove trolls ASAP and keep an eye out for them. This was clearly the consensus among constructive participants.
4. Hopefully more people will keep their mics on, so they can jump in and connect with what other members are saying, rather than than most conversation going through the chair. Have a group discussion.

Apologies that the time isn't very accommodating for people in Australia/NZ. If a few of you guys are interested, we could maybe try a subsequent meeting an hour later UK time, and you could drop in before work.
