Hagg Lake Kayaking and Potluck Picnic

Join us for a day on the water - kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) - followed with a potluck picnic @ Henry Hagg Lake (just a few miles outside of Forest Grove, OR). The park address is 50250 SW Scoggins Valley Road, Gaston, OR 97119.

Henry Hagg Lake is an artificial lake and was created through the impoundment of Scoggins Creek. The lake and creek are part of the Tualatin River’s watershed in the Tualatin Valley.

We will meet at Boat Ramp C, where kayak and SUP rentals are available if you don't have one of your own.

We will also set-up space for a picnic, where people can hang-out, eat or just enjoy the outdoors. Please bring food or drinks that you can share. (No Alcohol please!) Feel free to come any time and participate at your comfort level. Families, kids and pets are welcome!

Parking is $7 per car for the whole day. Carpooling is encouraged.
