-----------------------------

Your participation is at discretion of the event host / organizer. Everyone wishing to attend will initially be placed on waitlist to be cleared by Event Host (Cesar)

Required Skills: Each canyon brings on it's own set of challenges. As this is an intermediate level trip, if I have not been on a canyon adventure with you, your profile must be completely filled out in order for me to properly assess your skills. Failure to do so will have you removed from the RSVP list.

Canyoneering Gear - minimum required for participation in canyon events:

Helmet (meets UIAA standards)

Harness

Rappelling Device

Extra Locking Carabiners (3 or 4)

Safety Tether

Gloves (optional but recommended)

Footwear appropriate to conditions

Loud Whistle

You should also bring: a pack, water (2-3 liters per person), Lunch/snack, clothing appropriate to anticipated weather incl a wind jacket, puffy, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.

Camping Arrangements (Very Important)

I have reserved campsites for Nov 27, Nov 28, and Nov 30. We do NOT have a campsite for Friday, Nov 29. Although, I am fairly confident that we can workout some type of camping arrangement for Nov 29, be aware that we may have to get creative.

I will continue trying to secure a campsite for Nov 29 and will provide an update if I get lucky. There is also BLM land where we can camp.
