- Hooks, Knot chock, Rock Chock
- Sand Traps, Wanchors
- CEM & Macrame
- Twin Rope Rigging Systems: Jocker, Jester, Stone Knot
Anchor Manager: Last Person at Risk, LPAR: roles and responsibilities
Ascending and converting to rappel: Learn how to:
- Ascending to pass the knot
- Descending to pass the knot
