Authentic Relating Meetup in Caparica 🤩

Hello lovely people 🌿
It’s been quiet in here – but deep inside, seeds have been planted… and something has started to grow.

I spent the winter in Asia, and I’ll be back in Caparica soon – recharged, inspired, and full of fresh energy and ideas.

While I was away, I joined a retreat with Rick Smith – one of the pioneers of Authentic Relating – and it reawakened something in me. A deep knowing that this work matters. That in a world full of stress and surface-level conversations, what we truly crave is connection from the heart.

Not small talk that leaves us drained… but real presence that fills us up.

So – let’s do this!
We’re bringing Authentic Relating back.

🗓 Save the date: Thursday, May 8th let’s meet at 6:30 pm in the park in Caparica.

We’ll meet for a light, playful, and meaningful evening of connection.
This is an sober event, snacks are welcome :)

Details on the exact place will follow once I’m back in Portugal – but for now, mark your calendar!
