Adult Autism Support offers regular meetings to talk about issues related with adult autism. We are all autistic, speaking from experience. This group is open to all "levels" of autism, and those with formal diagnosis, early diagnosis, later-in-life diagnosis, or those not yet diagnosed who suspect they are neurodiverse.
One hour free chat. In my experience, meeting other neurodiverse people is very helpful.

All are welcome. Autism services often end at 18 years old. However, autistic adults face many social challenges, communication barriers, and employment and family issues during our entire lifespan. This chat helps to fill the social gap for autistic adults and we discuss many autism-related topics. You are welcome to join us, unmask, and be your true self.
Please initially join the meeting with camera turned on so we can confirm you are not a bot, to avoid disruptions in class (this is a common Zoom problem). After the first minute, you may shut camera off if you prefer.
