In-camera cell phone apps, Photoshop, AI, all offer photographers creative outlets of which our predecessors could only have dreamed. In this presentation Dave will demonstrate several apps that allow creative expression with cell phone cameras and with Artificial Intelligence. Combining traditional photography and AI offers the digital artist not only new tools, but serendipitous results to spark our imaginations.
The Duxbury Camera Club meets in the Merry Room at the Duxbury Free Library, for more information about the club please visit the website.

Calling all photographers – and those who just enjoy cruising on the water – to join us for a private boat outing in Hyannis Harbor to watch the start of the annual Figawi Race from Hyannis to Nantucket. The parade of sailboats is a glorious sight to see (and photograph)! Photographer Dave Mullen will be leading a 2-session photography workshop pre and post Figawi Race for photographers of all levels (workshop info below). He will also be onboard to lend his knowledge of live action sport photography during the cruise. The smooth riding 64′ motor catamaran Bay Spirit provides a wonderful vantage point for photographing the Figawi racers and the beautiful scenery surrounding Hyannis Harbor.
Sign up for the cruise and/or workshop by Monday, May 5 to take advantage of the early bird rate and to secure your spot on the boat! Space on the cruise is limited.
