FORRO Dance- an unconventional brazilian "ballroom style" for all

Forro is a casual Brazilian dance. Some Forro steps can be seen in Cumbia and others in Ballroom Samba. Forro is an authentic Brazilian dance where relaxing, feeling and interpreting the music is more important than posture and technique. Forro, the dance, evolved in north-eastern Brazil as a dance companion to Forro music. Some say the word Forró came from the English expression 'for all', since this an easy dance for that everybody can learn, - a dance for all. Others say the word derives from forrobodó, a happy Brazilian party.
