Each Thursday at 12:30 pm, join us to share a 30-minute online meditation. There will be some short instructions, silence and a guided meditation. We end sharply at 1 pm. Come give yourself the precious gift of practicing doing absolutely nothing. This is important for our health and well-being because our overstimulated mind needs a break, allowing our innate wisdom and compassion to shine through. RSVP for Zoom link.
