Ease into your Sunday with a slow, breath-led vinyasa flow designed to ground, energize, and bring you into balance. Expect intentional movement, gentle strength, and soothing releases, with options offered throughout so all levels feel welcome.
After class, we’ll take a 10-minute stroll to the Old Biscuit Mill—to grab brunch, or enjoy a coffee together.
What to expect

Bring:
• Yoga mat (a few extras available), water, and a light layer
• Comfortable shoes for the walk after class
