Take a pause in the middle of the day and join us for a Midday Reset with Lindsey—a gentle yoga class followed by an easy coffee hang in the city.
We’ll start with a 60-minute gentle yoga class at 12:30pm at Habitus Wellness, designed to help you unwind, stretch, and reset your nervous system. Expect slow, accessible movement, mindful breathing, and space to arrive just as you are—perfect if you’re coming from work, study, or a busy morning.
After class, we’ll wander downstairs for coffee and connection at Yebobaba Coffee. No agenda, no rush—just good coffee and gentle conversation.
