Domain specific languages (DSLs) are a powerful tool. In this talk I’ll discuss what we learned from building a DSLfor expressing drug-resistance algorithms (in the context of bio-informatics)

I’ll cover the design choices we made, and why we made them. I'll share why we chose to do our DSL in Haskell and our experience with Haskell so far.

While all the examples are in Haskell, the concepts I'll be discussing are more generally applicable so…you need not be a Haskeller to attend.
