From the moment I was onboarded at Datalab I strived for autonomy and a leadership position that would allow me to implement key practices I believe every organisation should adopt to nurture their employees to grow. 




Needless to say, the same motivation that drove me toward autonomy rewarded me with a leadership position in 2022 - with my being named a shareholder and director of Datalab. At the risk of erring on cheesiness, I believe I am lucky enough to have found my dream job working alongside Pieter and Douglas to take Datalab Solutions from strength to strength.

I would not be where I am in my career without the discipline and structure I implement in my own life.

When I’m not working, you can find me on the mountain either trail running or hiking. Family time means the world to me and if it weren’t for my daughters and my husband - I would not be the same person I am today.

I am inspired by my friends and family who continue to push me to be my best and bolstered by a small and growing team of brilliant individuals.

I want to use my position to be a change agent that provides contemporary professional solutions that act as your company’s helping hand to achieve greatness.
