Join us as we unlock your creativity and explore ways to change up your events and make them more exciting for you and your team.

This interactive workshop will cover:
Scrum Events can go stale. Which ones are you struggling to make exciting? table discussion and decide on one event to focus on.
Explain that as adults we lose our creativity over time. There are ways to unlock creativity. Facilitate a 4 step session where they think of as many different ways to use an ordinary household object as possible.
Facilitate a similar creativity session as C2 around the Scrum Event the tables chose at the beginning. Challenge each table to create a poster to advertise and explain how the new event will run.
Let each table relate the poster and experience back to the rest of the room
