Retrospectives Workshop

This hands-on workshop allows people to work in groups on ideas for running more valuable retrospectives. We cover psychological safety (the Timothy Clark model), consistency vs variety, and coaching for action. This workshop is led by 2 facilitators, who share personal experience as well as valuable concepts for discussion.
