See all- Coaching Circles Kick-OffLink visible for attendees
Join us for the kick-off sessions for the coaching circles. If you want to be part of one, this is the session to join.
During the session, we will explain what the coaching circles are about and how they work.
Once the "what" is covered, we will guide everyone to create their circle (who) and determine the location (Remote or onsite) (where).
Then, it's up to the various coaching circles to determine the starting of their circle (when) and the topics that they want to cover.

We cannot guarantee a spot in a coaching circle for individuals who do not attend the kick-off. While we strive to accommodate all interested participants, priority will be given to those who attend the session.

One of our favourite ways to collaborate and engage with each other around all things Agile, Lean Coffee is a meeting with an agenda that is created on the fly. We prioritize the topics generated and spend 5 minutes on each to talk through as many as we can get through in the time allocated.
Everyone can have their input and share their knowledge as well as have access to some of the most experienced Agilists in the area to pick their brains.
Guiding Principles and some rules:- The “Law of Mobility”. If you find yourself in a situation where you are neither learning nor contributing, use your virtual feet and move on.
- Whoever joins are the right people. Whatever happens, is the only thing that could have.
- Have fun!
Some rules:
- No promotions. This is not a space to sell products or services.
- The SUGSA code of conduct applies when participating.
