Welcome to the Cape Town Software Development Meetup!

We are a community for developers, students, tech professionals and anyone interested in software development in the Mother City.

Based primarily around Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs and Atlantic Seaboard, we host lightning talks, lean coffees, hackathons, technical sessions and casual meet & greets covering the latest technologies, tools and ideas in software development.

Whether you’re a university student, just starting your career or an experienced developer, all levels of experience are welcome. Come along to learn something new, share what you’re working on, meet other people in tech and get involved in the local developer community.

We also collaborate with organisations such as UCT and Interledger Foundation on events and hackathons, creating opportunities for hands-on learning, experimentation and building real-world solutions.
