Join us this Saturday from 7-8am for an awesome workout on the water with our very own SUP Fitness Instructor, Mike Baker. Our SUPFIT workout is a combination of cardio, core strength and endurance. SUPFIT uses a mixture of modified paddle techniques and your own body weight in order to make this a killer workout!

Meet at theMott's Seafood Gazebo at 6:45 in order to complete waivers. The cost is $15 for first time clients, and $20 for any return clients! $15 includes board/lesson, followed up with a FREE smoothie from SurfBerry on Wrightsville Beach! What better way to start your weekend off?!
