Who The Group Is For
This group is for real estate investors actively evaluating or planning deals, including fix-and-flip, value-add, and small commercial projects. It’s a fit for investors who want to understand how lenders assess risk and who are open to pressure-testing assumptions before submitting offers. This is not a networking group for vendors or a beginner-only class.
Type of Events
Events are working sessions conducted on Zoom. We walk through real-world deal scenarios using a capital-first framework, discuss common funding mistakes, and pressure-test assumptions around structure, leverage, timing, and exits. Participation is optional, but the focus is always on practical decision-making and avoiding surprises at underwriting and closing.
