Capital Region Cycling Network
Vision Statement
- To be an advocacy organization that brings focus and awareness to the
needs, issues and concerns of the cycling community of the Capital Region.
Goals
- To improve cycling safety for cyclists, pedestrians and vehicular traffic in the Capital Region.
- To increase resource allocation from local and state agencies for equitable transportation to provide just and sustainable systems for biking, walking and transit.
- Create partnerships with existing advocacy groups across the Capital Region to achieve collaborative solutions with wider reach across all communities.
- To encourage and support education and legislation programs for the broader communities and vulnerable road users.
