Ephemeral Spring Wildflowers (please note "How to find us")

We'll meet next to the kiosk at the trailhead entrance to the Ballston Creek Preserve (Town of Ballston), which is located along the west side of Eastline Road. We’ll then walk along the woodland trails over relatively flat terrain to an overlook of the marsh along Ballston Creek. We'll continue by walking along the woodland trails back to the parking area. The trail is a footpath with exposed tree roots and rocks and some muddy patches – please wear proper footwear.

Weather cancellation: This event will be cancelled if any of the following is occurring or is forecast for this destination at that time:

• thunderstorms (or any other severe weather),
• moderate or heavy rainfall (i.e., more than drizzle/mist or intermittent showers),
• gusty or sustained winds (i.e., treetops are noticeably swaying back and forth),
• snow, freezing rain or sleet, or
• air temperature <32°F.
