We're a friendly and social team, comprising paddlers of all nationalities, ages and fitness levels and we're looking for new paddlers who seek to improve their fitness as well as make new friends along the way.
Don't worry about the heat. This time of year our training is about technique and flexibility, rather than strength and endurance, so this is the ideal time to start!
Plus, you'll be pleased to find that away from all the concrete and with a sea breeze, it really is cooler down on the water.
We run practices throughout the week, not just during the advertised meetup times. You're welcome to attend any practice if the meetup time doesn't suit you. Just ask for more details and to book your place.
