A day of art, sound healing, yoga/ Qi Gong and a delicious meal in the redwoods!

We know that you don't need more to do. It' may be time to restore, rest and awaken your creativity!
Carianne and I are putting together a lovely day for you to play, relax and tap into your creative expression in a beautiful quiet setting in the Santa Cruz mountains.
Carianne loves to create with paint, collage, intuition, and a wild free spirit with the intention of bringing joy and hope into this world.
On Saturday, June 13th she will be your guide using creativity as a vehicle for healing and transformation, and to awaken joy, imagination, and wisdom.
The day will also include gentle movement and restorative, reflective practices to inspire you to slow down and connect to your intuition and natural rhythms.
