Urban Wildflower Macro Meetup

Details
The suburbs of Perth have so many bush reserves which hide a multitude of wildflowers including orchids. We will explore the technics of macro photography. The settings needed for photographing flowers in macro are very different from the normal photography settings as the depth of field changes dramatically when you are so close your subject. We will also explore how metering can be used to improve your shot.
The location will be set once I have had time to see what is in flower in the area but it is likely to be in the Northern suburbs.
This session is suitable for any level of photographer. A macro lens will be preferred for this session but a telephoto zoom lens will get you close to the flowers although the result is more of a close up image then a macro shot.
I have made this session slightly longer than normal as 2 hours is never enough time when it comes to wildflowers.
This session needs a minimum of 2 people for it to go ahead.
