Establish good decentralized Cardano Governance System

Objectives
We want to :
1. Train, share, discuss and review CIP-1694 main features as community members
2. Ratify CIP-1694 once it is onchain
3. Prepare to implement Cardano proposed governance
4. Unite and grow Cardano Community

Target Audience:
All people in and out of Johannesburg. Because of limited seats for in-person, we will screen where possible those to attend in-person.
