What we’re about
The philosophy of hospice is to affirm life by providing support and care to those in the last phase of an incurable illness so that they can live as fully and comfortably as possible. Without volunteers, hospice could not provide the kinds of services which are needed to enhance the quality of the lives of our patients and their families.
Our team of volunteers is run with a core focus on relationship building.
Each volunteer a unique set of skills, passions, and life experience that will help provide comfort and support for hospice patients and their families. While most volunteers choose to show up in a companionship role working directly with our patients, we also have administrative opportunities at the office.
