Do you have chronic joint pain? Have you had to give up activities that are hi impact like running? Would you like to feel better, move easier, and improve your quality of life? Then TBC (total body conditioning) is for you!
This class goes beyond cardio conditioning and strength training. We will be utilizing foam rollers, tennis balls and other equipment to free locked up tissues that keep you from moving properly causing muscle imbalances and pain. Then we will stretch, followed by super fun, low impact, cardio dance. Next we will complete functional, compound movements to increase core and overall body strength. We will cool down with muscle massage and stretching. You will leave feeling renewed!!

Walk-up rate is $20.00. Four class packages are available, from $60.00 - $72.00.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get registered. Remember to wear athletic shoes, bring a towel, water and lots of energy!
