What we’re about

On Saturdays at noon we run a cardio kickboxing class in Treptower park. You're more than welcome to join.

The workout itself is meant to be quite challenging - be ready to sweat. But there is no contact, we do everything to music, and we foster a friendly atmosphere. Come meet some new friends. Everyone is welcome, even if you have no experience. Children are more than welcome too when they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
