Christmas Social

Time to get in the holiday spirit!

Bring your friends and family to the Christmas Social at Pleasant Hill Branch library, and drop by the Cards for Seniors table to craft handmade cards for seniors living in long-term care facilities.

Cardmakers can also enjoy other free holiday-themed activities and snacks provided by the library and community partners!

This is an all-ages, family-friendly event.
No prior arts or crafts experience needed to make cards. We'll have plenty of supplies on hand and sample cards for inspiration.

When: Saturday, December 6; Drop by the social anytime between 10a and 12p.
Where: Pleasant Hill Branch Library at 211 E. William Cannon Dr
Parking: Free parking available onsite in the library parking lot.

Who will receive the cards?
Cards will be distributed to seniors living in nursing facilities in the Central Texas area. Our goal is to collect and distribute 10,000 cards this year! Will you be part of this community effort and help us reach our goal?
