Career Clarity & Decisions Workshop

Dear members,
I am running a career identity, career decisions and clarity workshop next weekend, Saturday 17 May 10.00am till 2.00pm Workshop.
Research has shown that making good “Career Decisions” is a critical element, of successful career transition, along with identity clarity and something called “luck readiness.” Whether you are just embarking on your career journey, returning to the workforce, an international employee transitioning to work in Australia, or in career transition at executive/professional level, this workshop will move your forward in your career.
At the 4 hour workshop be prepared to:
· work on yourself identity - gaining clarity on what you should be targeting, and where you should be applying
· complete fast and efficient career exercises for clarity
· communicate and meet others
· learn the one minute/30 second introduction
· Learn and use the latest career theories to your advantage
· learn about the latest labour market and job trends to target
· make a compelling career decision that will give you clarity and motivate you
· move forward bringing results
No pre work is required, just a great attitude to learn about yourself on the day, with a workbook provided. BYO snack and or lunch, coffee and tea will be provided. We will be near all the shops in Errol street, so coffee and lunch is close by.
This program is proudly delivered by North Melbourne-based Executive Career Coach and former Human Resources Executive Helena Steel, a Lecturer in HRM, Careers, professional member of the Career Development Association Australia and Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute Australia. The program is supported by North & West Melbourne Neighbourhood Centre.
