I have been helping clients with interview preparation for 4+ years and I have 8.5+ years of experience in IT consulting, working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Developer, QA tester and Business Analyst.

In Chile, I even interviewed in my second language, Spanish, after only having a few years of High School Spanish and 2 years of living in a Spanish-speaking country under my belt; so, I've proven that my process transcends different cultures and languages. What does my interview prep coaching process look like?
I begin by reviewing your resume and the job descriptions you are targeting so I know how to best tailor your interview answers. I'll help you draft compelling STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) situations that align closely with the key responsibilities of the job(s) you're applying to. I also provide detailed advice on what to say and what not to say during interviews, help you develop personalized responses to some of the most common behavioral interview questions as well as company specific interview questions (if publicly available), and prepare a list of insightful questions for you to ask your interviewer. I will also conduct mock interviews and give you constructive feedback. Once you get the job offer, I will also provide guidance on salary/benefits negotiations, and I'll be available to answer any questions you may have throughout your entire interview process. I know the job searching process can be stressful and demoralizing at times, but I will keep you accountable and motivated every step of the way!
