528 Reset is a collective of Therapists, Recruiters and Coaches willing to bring people together in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to share experiences, rebuild confidence, and find new direction.
Losing your job or facing challenges at work whether redundancy, bullying, harassment, or discrimination, can feel like a slap in the face! One day you belong, the next you’re left feeling isolated, uncertain, and questioning your confidence.
This group exists so you don’t have to go through it alone.

Our shared value is presence: being present for yourself, and present for others.We ask all participants to arrive on time. Sessions begin promptly, with a short 5-minute window before we get started.
If you miss two sessions without notice, you may be removed from the group.
