The Initial Screening Call with a Recruiter and Other Job Search Topics

We will talk about the Initial Screening Conversation between you and the recruiter. While an essential aspect of the interview process, this might be the most boring part of the interview process.

The recruiter has 2 questions to answers

1. Are you potentially a good fit for the job?
2. If you do make you a job offer will you be willing to accept the job offer?

Most job applicants do not make it through this process.
