The Strengths In-Transition program is geared toward those who are between roles and looking to elevate their responses in interviews to best reflect their capabilities. The Strengths-based philosophy focuses on one’s innate talents, not fixing what is wrong with people, but highlighting what is authentic and positive. It provides a language which can be leveraged during interviews where one can speak about past accomplishments and future success from a unique perspective.
We do this by:
- Providing an overview of the Strengths-based Philosophy
- Utilizing activities to bring clarity on individual’s dominant domains
- Providing content on Domains
- Delivering examples on how to use Themes in answering Interviewing Questions
- Practicing how to craft an answer to an Interviewing question based on individual’s perceived domains
At the end of this webinar, there will be a brief Christian story.
