The Strengths In-Transition program is geared toward those who are between roles and looking to elevate their responses in interviews to best reflect their capabilities. The Strengths-based philosophy focuses on one’s innate talents, not fixing what is wrong with people, but highlighting what is authentic and positive. It provides a language which can be leveraged during interviews where one can speak about past accomplishments and future success from a unique perspective.

We do this by:

  1. Providing an overview of the Strengths-based Philosophy
  2. Utilizing activities to bring clarity on individual’s dominant domains
  3. Providing content on Domains
  4. Delivering examples on how to use Themes in answering Interviewing Questions
  5. Practicing how to craft an answer to an Interviewing question based on individual’s perceived domains

At the end of this webinar, there will be a brief Christian story.
