Welcome to the first Resilient Creator Program Workshop of the series!
​Participants will experience a combination of sharing and reflecting on their experiences through journaling and Creative Arts therapies in relation to this week’s theme of Emotional Health, Wellbeing, and Self-Care during challenging times.

​These innovative approaches will encourage the exploration of personal stories from different perspectives, paving the way for helpful new possibilities and effective options in relation to fostering a robust personal well-being routine.

​Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to individually or collaboratively make their own art, enhancing their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being while prioritizing self-care in meaningful ways.
