Reading And Adjusting To The Personalities Of Others

We often spend a lot of time learning what to say, but little time on how to adjust what we say based on who we say it too. This requires quick reads of personality often based on clothing, emails, phone conversations, or even backgrounds visible in Zoom conversations.

In next Tuesday’s program, we'll not only go over exactly what to look for, we'll practice adjusting our communication based on the personalities we are observing. As always, we'll then, network, and let our meeting evolve from there.
