Hi, I’m Hallies Coleman. I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Amazon where I lead recruiting efforts for some of the most innovative teams in the world. Over the past decade, I’ve also worked with companies like Gartner, ADP, and UPMC, helping to build high-performing teams across tech and corporate functions.
Along the way, I’ve helped thousands of professionals land top-paying jobs in tech and healthcare by giving them the tools, strategies, and confidence to stand out. That’s what inspired me to launch CareerRiz—a platform focused on helping job seekers get seen, get interviews, and get hired.
Through webinars, coaching, and real-world content, I teach people how to master interviews, improve visibility, and navigate the hiring process with clarity and control. I hold an MBA, a BBA in Accounting, and certifications including the SHRM-CP and PHR.
My mission is to show others exactly how it’s done and give them the support they need to take their careers to the next level.
