Being a caregiver is rewarding, but it can also be exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely. This group is your space to pause, breathe, and reset without any pressure to perform, fix, or “do it all.”

Caregivers are individuals who provide emotional, physical, or practical support to others—whether as parents, partners, family members, or professionals. This includes mothers, fathers, guardians, spouses, friends, and those in helping roles like therapists, teachers, and healthcare workers.

If you’re someone who often shows up for others, holds space, and carries responsibility, this space is for you. 💜

We meet in various locations, from cafés and parks to saunas, yoga studios—whatever sparks connection, fun, and rejuvenation. Whether near or far, our goal is the same: caregivers supporting caregivers while enjoying life.
